Traditional wishlist sites allow users to setup a wishlist but it is not possible for multiple people to contribute towards one gift.Simliarly,traditional group gift sites allow users to setup and suggest a group gift, but there is no way for the organizer to collect all the contributions and keep track of everything.Wisheo integrates all these services quite seamlessly.
Our take
The idea of seamlessly integrating unlinked areas for group gifts and wishlists is quite innovative in its own self.And Wisheo seams to have done justice to this idea.User experience is one of its pros as well.

The application collects and monitors the contributions making the process of getting someone a special gift a lot easier. This application enable users to buy and receive big-ticket items for special occasions such as Christmas, Weddings, Birthdays, Graduation, Baby Showers, and much more. It is a unique application that combines existing wishlist concepts with group contribution concepts. It is the only application on Facebook that enable users to manage the entire group gift process. It is an interactive and useful application that users can take advantage of. Right now there is a lot of momentum in Facebook for applications that involve transactions and shopping of different forms and this one could be a very interesting addition for those that want to participate in group gifts.

This new Application is about creating groups to buy gifts for other people, or for you if you use the application as a wish list.
When you install this App, the first thing you have to do is to create a group gift. (...) While I was making this Facebook Review, I created a group to buy me an Iphone for my birthday, and setting up the group and listing the desired product did not take me more than 2 minutes. The application runs very fast and everything is very user friendly. In addition to all the described above the Application allows you to track Contributions (and non participating also), and once the desired amount of money is achieved you can also send thank you Emails to all the people that collaborated to achieved the wished gift.
One very important thing very well solved by this Facebook Application is that all the Payments and contributions are only handled by Paypal providing security to the users in all their transactions.
My qualification for this Facebook Application Review is 4.3 out of 5, I think this application provides an interesting solution to the group gift and also offers all the extras for the users comfort.
